Steve has more than 26 years’ experience working within the operational rail infrastructure environment. While working within the industry he has gained valuable experience managing the development and delivery of many challenging projects.
Steve has experience as both the contractor and client and understands that the key to managing a successful scheme is to engage with sponsors and stakeholders at an early stage to help develop and deliver aspirations.
He is responsible for the successful delivery of various multi-disciplined schemes and programs ahead of budget and time, ranging from $200k to $2 billion, from developing the initial scope through to the successful implementation of the project/program to a high standard and to the satisfaction of sponsors and stakeholders.
