Sam Turley

Having worked in the delivery of some of Victoria’s largest regional railway projects and alliances, Sam has 19 years’ experience in the rail sector as a General Manager/Senior Project Manager/Engineer and is known for delivering projects on time and within budget while minimising their impact on rail operations. He has recently joined from the Victorian Government’s regional rail operator V/Line where he was the General Manager, Delivery and was responsible the delivery of a portfolio of projects.
Our Construction Services business is focused on delivering solutions that leverage positive whole-of-life outcomes for clients. Tactix achieves this using a strong engineering-led approach which considers all aspects of the project lifecycle: Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Handover and O&M.
