David has been involved in the Property Industry for 30 years spanning the majority of sectors including valuation, residential property sales, commercial leasing and sales, commercial management, development, land access and site acquisition.
David possesses a detailed understanding of relevant legislation in all states in regard to acquisition and land access and provides strategic advice and consultancy services to both Federal and State Government departments, municipalities and numerous major corporations.
David specialises in land access and site acquisition negotiations and the management of land access programs along with undertaking assessments of compensation for infrastructure projects around the country.
He has successfully negotiated thousands of land access and acquisition agreements on Gas Pipeline Projects, Water Pipeline Projects, Power Line Projects, Telecommunication Projects and Mining Projects over his 20 years in the industry.
