National Director – Property Advisory
Steve leads the National Property Advisory Team and has more than 15 years’ experience in property and infrastructure advisory roles, where he has actively managed the delivery of property portfolios and infrastructure assets for some of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects and government agencies.
Steve brings the benefit of a diverse delivery skill set gained through his management of projects and personnel teams in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, along with the efficiencies and innovation derived from involvement in over 7,500 infrastructure project property matters.
This broad exposure has ensured a thorough understanding of all stages in a project lifecycle and an accompanying delivery strategy to ensure program milestones can be achieved, whilst mitigating client risk in an often-contentious environment.
