During 25 years in construction, Shaun has developed a proven track record in team leadership on the delivery of large-scale projects with the Majority being in M&E Fitout or Commissioning and coordination of change management programs. He strives to engage the workforce and exceed stakeholder expectations. Shaun’s hands-on approach coupled with his organisation, commitment and drive to achieve have ensured his progression in the industry.
The majority of projects in which he has been involved in, Shaun has gained a sound understanding of the risks and challenges of working on tunnels and road corridors in highly urbanised environments where minimisation or elimination of impact of M&E activities on other works, key stakeholders, local businesses and neighbours is essential.
