A founding director of Tactix Group, Ben Neary has more than 20 years’ professional experience in the public transport sector in the UK and Australia and is now one of its most outstanding leaders.His leadership has seen Tactix grow into one of Australia’s principal transport infrastructure advisory businesses.
Tactix and its associated companies have a strong reputation for integrating specialist services within clients’ major projects. Ben has a track record for recruiting and building high performing advisory teams that provide great project outcomes for clients. His ability to steer the company and to guide its teams to provide creative solutions on complex projects, combined with a strong and visionary leadership, has led to much of Tactix’ success.
Within his role at Tactix and its sister company, Human Systems Group, Ben is responsible for a team of 100+ consultants; compliance to internal management systems; resourcing and development of specialist staff; development of new business opportunities; client management/liaison; and the identification and growth of new services areas and programming of our technical and managerial specialists.
