Andy is a Chartered Civil Engineer who specialises in the development, delivery and integration of complex infrastructure projects. He has a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams during the definition and design phases of projects.
Andy has demonstrated success during the strategic devolvement phase of projects, with a strong track record of selecting and blending design teams; he specialises on major projects with extensive experience in procuring, bidding and delivering contracts of all forms, from single source alliances to PPPs. Andy’s Notable projects include High Speed 1 and the Tubelines PPP in the UK and Clearways, Southern Sydney Freight Line and Sydney Metro in NSW.
Andy’s skills managing risk, combining his technical and commercial expertise, has resulted in him consistently taking lead roles in complex negotiations for clients.
